ANYWAYS.
So. Really, we are starting off from last week. Genta is running around going, "YOU RIDER BASTARD! IKA-CHAN!!! WHERE ARE YOU? D:!" In fact, this is one of the two times we see Genta in this episode. Fail.
Tsukasa has decided to chill for the time being, taking pictures but the chief kuroko is like HURRY UP YOU!
Chiaki and Mako are out walking and Chiaki needs a favor I guess and Mako and him go out for pancakes. Except she doesn't eat any. Only Chiaki does. And there's this WEIRD GUY sitting in the booth behind them and OH HEY IT'S CHIAKI'S DAD. Let's just call him Papa Bear. Did they... did they really get Shogo's dad to play Chiaki's dad because their faces were REALLY similar. Same type of face, same nose... same chin. It was creepy.
BUT ANYWAYS. Papa Bear joins Chiaki and Mako and the father-son pair starts to eat their pancakes and they eat them the same manner. Mako notices this. As did I. I mean, I saw a picture of them eating and their poses were the same.
THEN SOME CRAZY DUDE ATTACKS AND OH NOES THERE'S A KID. Papa Bear gets hurt, Chiaki figures out some crazy shit is going down, Takeru and the others are called and Mako realizes there's a baby too D:
So Mako and Papa Bear have this talk about Chiaki and the whole time I'm looking at the people behind them and it like... they're listening to you guys, um... should you be talking about a private matter in this type of situation?
Thankfully, Takeru, Ryunosuke and Kotoha have put together their primary color-ness and defeated the monster's first life. Chiaki has this weird moment that ends with him running toward Takeru and then the mecha fight starts. This is when Genta's second appearance comes up and it was just when I was thinking of how Genta was missing out on the fun part. Apparently, Genta thought so too. And there's this awesome remix of the opening during this scene and I thought it was cool.
So Ebizou joins the fight and Genta is spazzing about how Ika-chan was stolen AND OMG TAKE-CHAN WE NEED TO HURRY THIS SHIT UP I NEED TO FIND IKA-CHAN D:
IN FACT. He was so concerned about Ika-chan, that when it came time to do the clap of victory, which I was all ready for, Genta goes SORRY, BBL YOU GAIS <3 and runs off.
Also, lolNatsumi. Yes, this world has GIANT MECHA FIGHTS.
The ending. Omg. When was the last time we got an ending sung by the cast? Dekaranger? Go-onger doesn't count :/
AND THEN THE PREVIEW OMG. Zarahjoyce. Be ready to DIE FROM HAPPY. I'm serious. Don't ask, just trust me.
First off. Wtf Narutaki STOP APPEARING AND THEN GETTING ALL UP IN TAKERU'S FACE. IT WAS CREEPY AND YOU WERE REALLY TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT. IF THE OTHERS WERE THERE...!!!
Dude. I know I didn't mention this in the Shinkenger part of this post, but I SO TOTALLY CALLED JII GETTING TO HIKARI STUDIO THINKING IT WAS A HOSPITAL LAST WEEK. I did. Arrow can vouch for me. I guess Natsumi's grandpa gave him something to help his hip? I dunno, but that man never really went to the hospital so when Takeru showed up, along with the others later on, Jii was all "OH SHIT TONO! HIDE NO WAIT THAT BOWL WON'T WORK D:!"
ALSO. Omg. When was the last time Takeru voluntarily touched someone? I mean, really? There was that one time he patted Ryunosuke on the shoulder but that was to get rid of Richard Brown and it was a pat. When Genta went crazy and started flailing after finding out Tsukasa was also a 'Rider Bastard', Takeru reached out and grabbed him by the shirt, and had to wrap his arms around his torso to keep him from attacking Tsukasa. I'm not quite used to seeing Takeru being all touchy-feely. It was weird.
lolAnd then it happened again later when they got to Hikari Studio. And then the others showed up and Daiki caused confusion which he used to escape with. Luckily, Genta was keeping a close eye on him. BUT OMG KOTOHA. WTF GIRL. When everyone was confused over Tsukasa's camera, she pounced on Takeru, causing him to fall on the couch and she wouldn't let him up. lolIt just seems like more people touched Takeru in this episode since... Genta's first appearance.
And um. I kinda... watched Takeru and Jii's fight so many times that I practically remembered whut the subtitles were saying so when that flashback happened I was like, "...lolman I'm pathetic."
Natsumi was such a downer in this episode. At least near the end there she was okay. I would be too if I was making cookies with her grandpa and Jii :D We all know those cookies will result in icons. Takeru took his and just looked at it XD I think everyone else was eating theirs? I dunno I wasn't looking XD
BUT OMG THE FIGHT. KUUGA. FUCK YEAH. Dude, I'm getting interested in watching Kuuga just from Yuusuke. Thanks Decade :/ I still have to finish Hibiki. BUT DUDE IT WAS SO COOL THE FIGHT. Blade showed up and Tsukasa and Takeru switched swords and it was just so cool.
I did wonder whutever happened to the Ayakashi's second life. I guess... it was a Rider now so the normal Ayakashi stuff didn't apply or something? Anyways there was no mecha fight and no clap of victory D: I miss those.
Anyways, the ending was cute. Really it was AND GENTA AND IKA-CHAN WERE FINALLY REUNITED :D Yay. BAD DAIKI. Whut did we learn from this team up? Karma's a bitch and you don't steal other people's squids.
NEXT WORLD, BLACK RX. I'VE NEVER SEEN IT BUT I THINK WE'RE GETTING CLOSER TO TSUKASA'S PAST SO IT SHOULD BE A GOOD THING. AND DAIKI. YOU BETTER PAY UP SOON FOR GETTING YUUSUKE TO TREAT YOUR WOUNDS.
